The report is devoted to the topic of dialogue in the works of the outstanding
philosopher, theologian, humanist, public figure Martin Buber (1878-1965). Understanding of
being, according to Buber, is impossible without a relationship between man and God, man and the
world, man and man. The openness of a person, a special state of personality makes dialogue
possible as a connection between the subject and the subject. Martin Buber speaks about the duality
of the existence of the world for a person, which is expressed in the duality of his position. Two
main relationships are considered – "I-Thou" and "I-It", which are distinguished by the philosopher.
The connection of man with God affirms him as a "dialogical being". The philosophy of M. Buber's
dialogue will make it possible to clarify the problem of human existence in the present and see the
prospect of the future. |
