dc.description.abstract The article discusses the system of administrative justice in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Poland. Thus, the article examines the competence of the prosecutor in the administrative proceedings of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the system of administrative courts in Poland. The main attention is paid to the identification of the main competence of the prosecutor, the system of administrative courts in Poland.
