dc.description.abstract This article explores modern systems for assessing the quality of human capital in organizations, considering the theoretical foundations, methods for evaluating productivity and the challenges they face. The review includes an analysis of 360-degree feedback systems, performance assessment questionnaires and individual development plans. Technological innovations, including the use of artificial intelligence, are also being considered.
