Abstract

The article addresses the problem of the presidential programme article, «Course towards the future: modernisation of Kazakhstan’s identity», which is one of the main elements of the political and public agenda of the country impacting public opinion. Speeches and publications of Leader of the Nation are a significant political event in any state, as they are important ideological documents that determine not only the political and economic development of the country, but also the future goals and objectives facilitate the modernisation of the state through national idea.
