This article describes the development, current state and features of the
institution of political mediation in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The country’s role in mediation at
the national and global levels will be explained, and unique opportunities for peaceful resolution
and resolution of problems will be demonstrated. In addition, the need for further development and
improvement of Kazakhstan’s legislation and State policy in the area of mediation will be analysed
in detail.
