dc.description.abstract Using a mathematical model of the system dynamics of the demographic process in the work, an assessment of the impact of the housing construction industry on the future population was obtained it was revealed that the share of occupied plots for housing construction is a leading indicator in ensuring stable reproduction of the demographic process both in urban agglomerations and small towns countries, for example, the city of Kosshy, Akmola region of the Republic of Kazakhstan. ru
