dc.description.abstract Extent of development of political system, political variety and formation of multi-party system in the constitutional device gives an idea of socio-political forces as carriers of various ideologies, which actively operate in the political sphere, carrying out fight for power. Such force, expressing various ideas and views, can be parties, which have to act based on the law and to be equal before the law. In article, the problem of a multi-party system in modern Kazakhstan is considered in theoretical-legal aspect, comparative and paleontological comparison of the parties existing in the country is given. The analysis of legal regulation of the principle of an ideological variety and multi-party system is carried out, the possible prospects of further development of political parties of the Republic of Kazakhstan legal status in the conditions of a multi-party system are considered. ru
