To solve the problem of balancing the labor market is an important condition for the
effective functioning and development of the national economy is to solve the problem of balancing the
labor market. The consequences of the mismatch between the structure of demand for human resources and
the structure of its supply are unemployment, decline in the standard of living, deterioration in the moral
climate in society, and its stratification. At the same time, the shortage of labor in certain specialties affects
the results of enterprises. The article is devoted to the problems of interaction between the higher education
system and the labor market. Based on the use of the methodology for applying public-private partnership
mechanisms, the areas of cooperation between employers and educational institutions are identified. |
