Abstract

The article discusses topical issues in the field of public-private partnership since independence. The author tries to show the accumulated problems, especially in the regions. The issues of state programs adopted in connection with business development, as well as the provision of subsidies to entrepreneurs at the appropriate level and in full will be considered, and ways to solve them will be proposed.
