Abstract

The modern international system and security are now in a zone of turbulence. Changes in the system of international relations, when there are no clearly defined rules of the game, raise the problem of studying the theoretical foundations of global security in order to identify new possible systems for the development of this system. With the end of the cold war, the mechanisms and levers of containing regional conflicts disappeared, which led to the escalation of regional conflicts.
