Abstract:
This article discusses the issues of food quality and safety. The purpose of the study
is to analyze the study of state policy in the field of quality and food safety.
Improving the quality of products in modern conditions is one of the key economic and political
tasks. Therefore, a set of measures such as standardization, state control over its quality, organization
of product testing and confirmation of conformity are aimed at its solution.
Quality assurance and food safety is the task of the development of society and the state, aimed
at improving the quality of life.
