Abstract:
The article analyzes the conceptual documents in the human capital
development in the Great Britain. To achieve the strategic goal as to
Kazakhstan’s joining the 30 most competitive countries is not possible
without the development and implementation of an adequate policy. The
factor of human capital in modern Kazakhstan can become the driving
force that will lead the country to a new level, opening up the prospects for
a sustainable economic growth in the future as well as for ensuring
Kazakhstan’s competitiveness on the world stage. It is necessary to take a
set of measures that will promote the development of this factor.
