Abstract:
The article describes and analyzes the main directions and priorities of state policy,
plans, conditions, state programs for the development of science in Kazakhstan. In addition, the
impact of the development of the world economy on public relations, the level and prospect of
influence in the field of science, the conditions for relying on different theories and concepts are
considered. The policy in the field of general education and science in the country is different, planned
and uneven. After all, reforms in this area, as in any other country, are constantly evolving and
changing. In the study of the problem, mainly comparative method, analytical and statistical methods
were used.
