Abstract:
Today, innovative activity is considered as the most effective means of
increasing the competitiveness and development of the organization. In this regard,
there is a growing demand for competent employees – first of all, managers who are
able to accompany this process at all levels. The article considers the factors that
influence innovation activity in the organization, as well as the skills and abilities
necessary for a manager to ensure successful participation in innovation activities.
