personal resources on engagement through the expansion of social resources. The research results demonstrate that resources influence organizational commitment and job satisfaction both directly and indirectly. Moreover, the effect mediated by work engagement is stronger than the direct effect. Understanding and promoting these resources can be beneficial for both employees and organizations worldwide.
